During the June 13th, 1952 School Board meeting, Board President Mr. Clarence Scheps presented his argument for various racial conversions. He argues for the conversion of two white schools to Negro schools, for the maintaining of two white schools as white schools, and the racial exchange of two schools. His argument demonstrates the overly complicated nature of maintaining a segregated system.
